The establishment of the "Future Factory" is a significant initiative by Zhejiang Province to deeply implement the "Number One Development Project" for digital economic innovation and quality improvement, and continue to promote the upgrading of production and operation to intelligence, green, lean, human-oriented, and high-end development. The Deqing Lean Intelligent Factory Project is a strategic layout by the Group to earnestly implement the spirit of the Zhejiang Construction Group's high-quality development conference in the manufacturing sector. It leverages the advantages of being a national-level "scientific and technological innovation enterprise" and a Zhejiang Province "hidden champion," and deepens the strategic path of specialization, refinement, novelty, and uniqueness.

The project Standard is international first-class, positioning domestic leading, personalized customization, digital design, intelligent production line, flexible production, low carbon manufacturing, remote operation and maintenance, lean management as the concept, to create a new intelligent construction of construction machinery as the goal, to build a large-scale construction machinery factory in the future.

The project focuses on the innovation needs of high-end equipment personalized research and development mode, large component flexible manufacturing mode, production process low-carbon mode, construction machinery life cycle agile service mode, digitalization and lean integration management mode, and focuses on creating 7 typical scenarios such as "flexible manufacturing mode and system integration innovation". The project has independently developed the industry's first digital high-flexibility truss mixed-flow production line and the industry's first intelligent powder coating line for VOC low-emission tower crane structural components (large components). It has also established large-scale CNC boring and milling processing centers, highly efficient robotic welding centers, and just-in-time logistics and distribution centers, among other intelligent and green production units. The project has built platforms such as a personalized tower crane product database and customized service platform, an industrial big data center, and a cloud equipment management platform. These initiatives bring about fundamental changes to the Group's manufacturing operations, promoting lean management and digital upgrading.
